Firstly, let me introduce myself, I am Steve Redding and I have over 38 years experience in the industry. I now run Engineering and Building Design Ltd following my fathers (Peter Redding's) retirement.

​Established in 1984 the company offers a comprehensive design service from start to finish. I pride myself on keeping as much as I can 'in house'. This includes, planning guidance, architectural design drawings, working construction drawings inclusive of detailed specifications and backed up with the necessary structural calculations.

 

Specialising in the Residential industry I work on projects of all scales and sizes, anything from internal alterations, extensions, loft conversions, beam calculations, as well as bespoke housing and medium sized developments. I believe I can bring a unique perspective to your building plans and provide innovative ideas and drawings that will benefit both you, your builder and the local Planning / Building Control.
